Head of Marketing

Responsibilities:
- Define and execute marketing strategy
- Partner with Sales to develop regional, account-focused playbooks including, but not limited to, outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow up, nurture, channel activities, live/virtual events, meeting setting, and sales enablement
- Develop compelling ABM programs that successfully engage target accounts, moving them effectively through the buyer’s journey to drive pipeline and revenue
- Cultivate strong cross-functional partnerships within marketing to ensure alignment on strategy and execution tactics
- Incubate marketing tactics with targeted accounts and successfully scale these programs to a broader base within the target industry and beyond
- Optimize metrics to ensure business impact - measured by pipeline and database growth
- Build brand awareness and generate innovative ideas to promote the brand/product
- Build a high performing marketing team and ensure effective coordination with other teams
- Keep updated on market trends & competitor strategies.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience
- Proven experience scaling account-based marketing in a rapid growth organization
- A track record of driving pipeline growth
- Strong working knowledge of the marketing technology landscape of B2B and account-targeted platforms and tools
- An innovative and analytical thinker
