Responsibilities:

• Lead POCs through requirement gathering and hands-on StarRocks implementation
• Ensure customers implement and use StarRocks according to best practices and unleash its full potential, both in pre and post-sale engagements.
• Become a StarRocks expert and work closely with Product and Engineering to turn customer challenges into features and solutions.
• Present StarRocks and benefits to prospective customers and partners
• Work closely with Sales to close deals

Requirements:

• 3+ years of technical customer-facing experience in data-related markets
• Technical breadth and depth in subjects such as StarRocks DBMS or similar, OLAP, Cloud/SaaS platforms, distributed systems software engineering, Linux/Unix, Kubernetes, System or Network Administration, and/or big data and analytics platforms
• Experience solving complex issues involving multiple systems and layers
• Proven experience driving critical production issues to resolution
• Ability to deliver complex topics in concise written communications

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience working with Cloud-based networking technologies (VMs, Load Balancers, Proxies, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with APIs or related technologies
